Panthers Beat Oilers 4-3 in Game 3

The Florida Panthers are one win away from their first Stanley Cup championship after a 4-3 win in Game 3 against the Edmonton Oilers on Monday night.

Panthers Take Control in Game 3

After conceding to the Oilers to start the game, the Panthers scored four unanswered goals to take control of Game 3. Carter Verhaeghe scored twice, including the game-winner in the third period, while Aleksander Barkov and Sam Bennett also found the back of the net.

Warren Foegele also scored for the Oilers, and Sam Reinhart had the Panthers' other goal.

Teams that Own a 3-0 Series Lead in a Best-of-Seven

Teams that own a 3-0 series lead in a best-of-seven series have a 93% chance of winning the series. The Panthers will now look to close out the series in Game 4 on Wednesday night in Edmonton.
